開発展示棟「EN LABO」Development exhibition building “EN LABO”

（2023年2月24日、ものづくり振興課 藤田・植村・足利、京都産業21 土江）

ヒロセ工業株式会社（外部リンク）（京丹後市）が、開発展示棟「EN LABO」を新築されました。

自社の製品展示は勿論のこと、観光業をはじめとする異業種とのコラボでの製品開発や展示を行い、丹後の産業を世界に発信する拠点にしたいとのことです。In addition to exhibiting their own products, they hope to develop and display products in collaboration with other industries, including the tourism industry, and make this a base for disseminating Tango's industry to the world.

 

「EN LABO」の由来は、様々な企業や人の縁と縁を繋ぎ、今までにないものを作り出す共創空間にしたいという思いから付けられたそうです。The origin of the name "EN LABO" is said to be the desire to create a co-creative space that connects connections between various companies and people and creates something never seen before.

 

「丹後地域が成長してこそ、自社の成長がある。そして、社員とともに成長した道筋をこの場所にしっかりと刻み込みたい。」と話す廣瀬社長。``Our company will only grow if the Tango region grows.And we want to firmly imprint on this location the path we have taken to grow together with our employees,'' says President Hirose.

切削だけでこんなことが！！―　驚きの技術 This can be done just by cutting! ! - Amazing technology

―まず、企業概要を教えてください。First, please give us an overview of your company.

社長）　ここ京丹後市大宮町で約30名体制により、小物に特化した精密加工、特にアルミ材での総削りを得意としています。約12年前より量産加工から、試作加工、多品種少量生産にシフトしました。様々な業界のお客様からの試作依頼や、微細加工、5軸加工、総削り、金型製作まで幅広く対応しています。Here in Omiya-cho, Kyotango City, we have a staff of about 30 people, and we specialize in precision machining of small items, especially total machining of aluminum materials. About 12 years ago, we shifted from mass production processing to trial processing and high-mix, low-volume production. We handle a wide range of requests from customers in various industries, including prototype production, micro-machining, 5-axis machining, total machining, and mold manufacturing.

―飾ってらっしゃる「紅葉」や「ティアラ」、すごいですね。The ``autumn leaves'' and ``tiaras'' on display are amazing.

主幹）　はい。展示会で「切削だけでこんなことができるの？！」とよく驚かれます。　全て刃物による切削のままであり手仕上げは行っておりません。Yes. At exhibitions, people are often surprised and ask, "Can you do this just by cutting?!" All pieces are cut with a knife and are not hand finished.

リニア5軸マシニングセンタなどトップクラスの設備を使いこなす技術集団作り！Creating a technical group that can use top-class equipment such as linear 5-axis machining centers!

―どうしてそのような高い加工精度が出せるのですか？How is it possible to achieve such high machining accuracy?

社長）　機械の性能が発揮できる環境作りと、加工方法と加工プログラムの工夫で100％以上の性能を引き出すこと、維持することを心掛けています。現在ではリニア駆動5軸マシニングセンタを主力としていますが、1台目導入時は1年をかけて技術開発、調整を繰り返しました。現在では全員がオペレーター兼プログラマーであり、日々改善！日々進歩！を合言葉に生産と並行して技術開発に取り組んでいます。また24時間365日、高品質高精度無人加工を目指しています。We strive to bring out and maintain 100% or more performance by creating an environment where machines can demonstrate their performance and by devising machining methods and machining programs. Currently, our mainstay is linear drive 5-axis machining centers, and when we introduced the first one, we spent a year repeatedly developing and making adjustments to the technology. Now, all of us are operators and programmers, and we are improving every day! Progress every day! With this in mind, we are working on technological development in parallel with production. We also aim to provide high-quality, high-precision unmanned processing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

忙しい時こそ新たな技術開発を―　究極を目指す「ヒロセドリームコンテスト」Developing new technology during busy times - Aiming for the ultimate "Hirose Dream Contest"

―オペレーター兼プログラマーとしての腕を上げるために、どのような工夫をされてらっしゃるのでしょうか？What kind of things do you do to improve your skills as an operator and programmer?

主幹）　毎年、年1回、社内コンペ「ヒロセドリームコンテスト」を開催しています。基本全員参加で、発想力の向上と自身の技術の限界に挑戦することで、毎年大幅な技術力向上につながっています。そしてそうした作品を各地の展示会に出展し、商談させていただき毎年新規取り引き先拡大につながっております。開催時期から逆算して、忙しい仕事との兼ね合いを模索しながら、スケジュール管理力も養っております。Once a year, we hold an internal competition, the Hirose Dream Contest. Basically, everyone participates, improving their creativity and challenging the limits of their own technology, which leads to significant improvements in technical ability every year. We then exhibit these works at exhibitions around the country and conduct business negotiations, which leads to an increase in new business partners every year. I am developing my schedule management skills by counting backwards from the timing of the event and finding ways to balance it with my busy work schedule.

―忙しいことを理由に新しい技術開発に取り組みにくい体質の企業様も多くある中、素晴らしいですね。This is wonderful, as there are many companies that find it difficult to develop new technologies due to their busy schedules.

社長）　同じ設備が有ってもそれらを使いこなす人（社員）が重要。「仕事が有る間に次の準備を！」「忙しい時こそ新たな技術開発を」というのが当社の方針です。Even if we have the same equipment, the people (employees) who can use it effectively are important. Our company's policy is ``Prepare for the next thing while you have work!'' and ``Develop new technology during busy times.''

―なるほど。では最後に今後の抱負をお願いします。Lastly, please tell us about your future aspirations.

 

社長）　人、技術、設備など全てを磨き「機械加工の究極」を追い求めたいです。今後も6S含む社内取り組みを強化し、「日本一」を目指していきます！I would like to refine everything, including people, technology, and equipment, and pursue the ultimate in machining. We will continue to strengthen our internal initiatives, including 6S, and aim to be "No. 1 in Japan!"
